EZad acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the website, particularly when a contact form or demo request form is submitted.

Retention periods

  • Contact requests and prospects: up to 3 years from collection or from the last contact initiated by the person concerned.
  • Data relating to a contractual relationship: for the duration of the business relationship, followed by the retention periods required to comply with legal obligations and defend EZad's rights.
  • Google Analytics data: no longer than 14 months for user-level and event-level data in a standard Google Analytics 4 property, depending on the setting applied in the tool.
  • Technical logs and security data: for the period strictly necessary for security, diagnostics, and website operation, depending on the type of log and the configuration of the service provider concerned.
  • Data subject requests: for the time required to process the request, followed by an appropriate archive period where necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.

Aggregated statistics that no longer identify an individual may be retained for a longer period.

Personal data is accessible only to authorised EZad personnel and to technical service providers that require it to deliver their services.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of EZad's technical service providers are established in the United States or may use infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area.

Where such transfers take place, they are governed by the safeguards provided for under the GDPR, including an applicable adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where it may be relied upon, or Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate supplementary measures.

Security and confidentiality

EZad implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

The website uses, in particular, HTTPS encryption, access controls, form protection mechanisms, and consent management before Google Analytics is loaded.

As no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security, the measures applied are reviewed and adapted to the risks and to changes in the tools used.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and, where the applicable conditions are met, data portability. You may also withdraw any consent you have previously given at any time.

To help us process your request, please state its purpose and provide the information needed to identify you. Proof of identity will be requested only where there is reasonable doubt as to your identity.

Cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the website may be used without consent where they meet the applicable legal requirements. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept audience measurement cookies.
